Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the FundFlow application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices and web platforms, created and operated by Unio Pvt Ltd (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

Upon downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms. It is strongly advised that you read and understand these terms thoroughly prior to using FundFlow.

Intellectual Property & Restrictions

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our registered trademarks is strictly prohibited.

• You may not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code of the Application.
• You may not translate the Application into other languages or construct unauthorized derivative versions.
• All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, design patents, and other intellectual property rights related to FundFlow remain the exclusive property of Unio Pvt Ltd.

Service Modifications & Pricing Transparency

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application remains as beneficial, reliable, and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify the Application or introduce optional subscription tiers at any time.

Security & Device Integrity

The Application processes personal and financial data you provide in order to deliver intelligent cash flow tracking. Maintaining the physical security and access control of your mobile device is your responsibility.

The Application interfaces with external cloud infrastructure and platform APIs that maintain their own terms of service:

Connectivity & Carrier Data Usage

Certain functions of the Application (such as multi-device synchronization and receipt parsing) require an active internet connection via Wi-Fi or mobile data.

If you use FundFlow outside of Wi-Fi coverage, your mobile network provider's data charges and roaming tariffs may apply. You accept responsibility for any carrier charges incurred during usage.

Limitation of Liability

While the Service Provider strives to ensure that all financial intelligence, automated calculations, and categorization summaries are accurate at all times, we rely on information provided by banks, SMS notifications, and user receipts.

FundFlow is an informational personal finance tool and does not constitute formal tax, legal, or licensed investment advisory. The Service Provider accepts no liability for direct or indirect financial losses arising from reliance on automated summaries.

Application Updates & Termination

The Application is continuously upgraded to improve performance, enhance AI categorization, and maintain operating system compatibility.

We reserve the right to cease support for legacy operating system versions or terminate service availability upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, user rights under these terms cease, and you may export or delete your data at any time via the Data Deletion console.

We may periodically update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of FundFlow after revised terms are posted constitutes agreement to the changes.
